BTG Bulbtronics Inc. Returns and Exchanges
Products may be returned only with prior approval and issuance of a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#).
BTG retains sole and full discretion to issue or deny RMA#s.

Issuance of an RMA# does not acknowledge a product defect or shipment error, nor does it authorize credits or replacements.
After an RMA# is issued and the product is returned, it will be inspected and evaluated by BTG and/or the manufacturer, as applicable.
If the returned product is determined to be defective or erroneous, and the customer is not responsible for the damage or error, BTG will, at its discretion:

Replace the product, or
-
Issue a credit.
Products returned as defective or erroneous but found to be neither will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Special orders, discontinued products, and items marked non-cancellable/non-returnable are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, credit, or replacement.
No RMAs will be issued, and no returns will be accepted, more than 30 calendar days after delivery.
